08/04/26 @ 09:38 – Engineer resolved the switch issue at 09:25 and services have now been fully restored. Monitoring systems are reporting all devices are now checking in as expected.

08/04/26 @ 07:56 – Diagnostics have revealed this to be a hardware failure with one of the core switches. An engineer has therefore been assigned and is currently en-route to further evaluate the issue. Further updates will be provided at 09:30.

 08/04/26 @ 07:32 – Monitoring systems have reported a partial internet outage at CID. Diagnostics are currently being run to try and determine the root cause of the issue and next steps.
