Why we need this information: We need this information to set up your account to associate the address with the occupant.
How we store and use this information: The information is stored within our intercom database whilst you are a tenant. When you are no longer a tenant your information is replaced by the next occupant of that address and is no longer stored within our database. Alternatively if you wish to have your information removed from our database you can let us know at any time, however be aware that removing the information while you remain a tenant will result in the intercom system no longer functioning for you.
