Clearing Cookies

- In the “Delete Browsing History” window that comes up, make sure that “Cookies” are selected
- Click the “Delete” button and restart the browser.

- Click “Tools” and select “Clear Recent History”
- Make sure that “Cookies” are selected
- Click on “Clear Now”
- Exit and relaunch browser.
