We also have some sample scripts of prompts and Auto Attendant messages, to give you some ideas to help you create your bespoke music on hold production. And once you are happy with your script and are ready to place an order this can also be done directly from the same page.

Auto Attendant / IVR Scripts – A voice menu system that allows callers to be transferred to an extension without going through a telephone operator or receptionist through the use of voice and DTMF tones input via a keypad.

Message / Music on Hold – A service to deliver information to callers waiting on hold or while they are being transferred. Recorded music can also be played to fill the silence that would be heard by telephone callers who have been placed on hold.

Seasonal Announcement – Information of a change in business hours or promotion for a holiday period.

Voicemail Messages – Recorded messages played when a caller is unable to be answered, usually when the office is closed.
